iFM News Laoag – These brand-new Toyota Hilux Tamaraw will be distributed to the 25 Barangays of the Municipality of Pinili in the 2nd District of Ilocos Norte. The local government, through its program “Raniag ti Masakbayan (Brilliance of the Future),” earlier this year, told the public that their town has a lot of budgets gained from their extraordinary programs in agriculture, health, and local legislation.
