Ginkumperma ni Talisay City Mayor Neil Lizares nga may lima (5) ka mga bikers nga nag positibo sa COVID-19 nga naka upod ni Talisay City COVID Patient #3.

Sa record 15 tanan ka mga bikers nga ginkuhaan sang swab samples, siyam (9) ang nag negatibo kag may isa nga wala pa maka gwa ang resulta.

“In light of recent events, the city government also issued EO No. 28 which temporarily discourages recreational activities within the city. I ask for your cooperation and understanding. Let us be hopeful that our little sacrifices be fruitful in the end.”
