Plano ng House Prosecution Panel na iprisenta ang Ombudsman, National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) at Anti-Money Laudering Council sa impeachment trial laban kay Vice President Sara Duterte.
Kinumpirma ito ni House Prosecutor at Bicol Saro Pary-list Rep. Terry Ridon na isa sa 11-miyembro ng House prosecution panel.
Nilinaw naman ni Ridon na hindi pa pormal na naabisuhan ang Ombudsman, NBI at AMLC dahil kasalukuyan pa nilang listahan ang mga testigo na ihaharap sa paglilitis sa Senate Impeachment Court na planong simulan sa July 6.
Magugunitang ang Ombudsman, NBI at AMLC ay humarap na sa isinagawang impeachment hearings ng House Committee on Justice.
Ang kanilang testimonya at mga dokumentong isinumite sa justice committee ay patungkol sa Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Networth o SALN ni VP Duterte at sa mga financial transactions nya at mister na si Atty. Manases Carpio.
