MANDALUYONG CITY – The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) has turned over wheelchairs and crutches to the Lone District of General Santos City as part of its continuing efforts to strengthen community-based healthcare programs.
The turnover ceremony was held on September 14, 2026, at the PCSO Main, with General Manager Melquiades Robles leading the formal handover of the items to General Santos Representative Shirlyn Bañas-Nograles on behalf of the district.
Nograles expressed appreciation to PCSO for the support, emphasizing that the donated items will greatly benefit residents, particularly individuals requiring immediate mobility support.
The donation was made under PCSO’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program, through which the agency continues to extend medical assistance, mobility aids to local government units and communities across the country.
