Aprubado sa global standards ang 16 na Casino Filipino sites at branches ng Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) makaraang makapasa ang mga ito sa International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
Kabilang sa mga nabigyan ng ISO 9001:2015 certification, ang pamantayan para sa Quality Management System na nagpapanatili ng kalidad ng serbisyo o produkto ng isang organisasyon, ang Casino Filipino Mactan, Venezia, Calamba, Town Center, Premier, Apo View, El Rancho, Fuente, at Subic Bay Yacht Club, at Tropicana.
Kasama rin sa nasertipikahan ang Casino Filipino Adriatico, Grand Imperial Gensan, Iloilo, Oriental Pavilion, Leisure World, at Cagayan Valley.
Tinanggap ni PAGCOR Chairman at CEO Alejandro H. Tengco ang certification mula sa DQS Certification Phils. Inc. sa seremonya nitong Huwebes, Agosto 13, sa PAGCOR Corporate Office sa Pasay City.
Ayon kay Tengco, malaking tagumpay para sa PAGCOR ang nasabing pagkilala.
“This milestone reflects the dedication of our people and our collective commitment to raising the standards of PAGCOR’s operations. I thank everyone who worked hard to make this certification possible,” ani G. Tengco.
Sinabi rin niya na dapat magsilbi itong gabay sa patuloy na pagpapahusay ng mga sistema at proseso ng ahensya.
“ISO certification provides a framework for strengthening our processes, improving efficiency and ensuring greater consistency and accountability in the way we deliver our mandate,” aniya.
Hinimok din ni G. Tengco ang mga tauhan ng PAGCOR na suportahan ang pagpapatupad ng Quality and Environmental Management System at mga programa ng ahensya para sa environmental sustainability.
“Quality and environmental responsibility must be part of our continuing work. I encourage everyone to contribute to these efforts,” aniya.
Isinagawa ang surveillance audits noong Marso 2 hanggang 5 at Marso 9 hanggang 10, 2026.
May bisa hanggang Marso 22, 2029 ang ISO 9001:2015 certification ng 16 sites basta makumpleto ang taunang surveillance audits.
