Gamugna ang Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) sa Technical Working Group (TWG) para sa draft sa Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) kabahin sa pagpasa pa lamang sa Tulong Trabaho Law.
Ang Republic Act 11230 o An Act Instituting a Philippine Labor Force Competencies Competitiveness Program and Free Access to Technical-Vocational Education and Training and Appropriating Funds nagtumong makahatag og libreng pagbansay ug financial aid para sa mga benepisyaryo sa ilang training programs.
Matod kay TESDA Deputy Director General Secretary Isidro Lapeña, epektibo ang balaod karong March 28 o 15 ka adlaw bag o ang last publication hinungdan target sa ahensya na makapagawas og IRR bag o o pag abot sa May 27.
