Sinuspinde ni Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Commissioner Romeo Lumagui Jr., ang 26 empleyado.
Ito ay dahil sa mga kasong grave misconduct, serious dishonesty, gross neglect of duty, violation of reasonable office rules and regulations, paglabag sa anti-red tape act of 1997 at conduct prejudicial to the best interest of the service.
Ayon kay Lumagui, 21 ang inaprubahan ng formal charges with preventive suspension orders kung saan ipinatupad na ang utos sa 18 empleyado habang for implementation ang tatlo.
Inaprubahan naman ng BIR ang suspension sa limang empleyado na may penalty.
