Globe, nag-deploy ng 58 booths para sa March 20-24 leg ng NTC-led SIM registration assistance

Suportado ng mobile leader Globe ang ninth leg ng SIM registration assistance program  ng National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) mula March 20 hanggang 24, 2023.

Nag-deploy ang Globe ng booths sa 58 lugar sa buong bansa upang tulungan ang mga customer na maaaring mahirapan sa pagpaparehistro.

Sa paglahok sa inisyatiba, ipinakikita ng Globe ang commitment nito sa pagkakaloob ng  exceptional service sa lahat ng kanilang customers saan man ang lokasyon, at pagtitiyak na makatutugon sila sa April 26, 2023 deadline ng pamahalaan.


“Our primary objective is to provide seamless connectivity to our customers. By establishing SIM registration booths across the country, we aim to streamline the registration process and make it hassle-free for everyone. We strongly advise our customers to take the opportunity to register at these booths so we can help them comply with the law and ensure uninterrupted connectivity services,” wika ni Globe Channel Management Group Head Cleo Santos.

Ang mga customer ay maaaring bumisita sa Globe booths sa mga sumusunod na lokasyon para matulungan sila sa pagpaparehistro ng kanilang SIMs.

Upang matiyak ang mabilis at hassle-free on-site registration process, ang mga customer ay pinaaalalahanang ihanda ang mahahalagang impormasyon tulad ng full name, date of birth, sex, address, government-issued ID with photo, at mobile number.

Bukod sa kanilang partisipasyon sa NTC-led SIM registration, nauna nang inilunsad ng Globe ang on-ground initiatives upang makatulong na gawing kumbinyente ang SIM registration para sa mga  customer. Ang online platform (https://new.globe.com.ph/simreg) nito at ang GlobeOne app are ay available din 24/7 para sa SIM registration.

Nakahanda ang Globe na magkaloob ng on-ground SIM registration assistance sa lahat ng customers nito, partikular ang senior citizens, disabled individuals, pregnant women, basic phone users, at yaong walang internet access.
