
MANDALUYONG CITY — The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) turned over healthcare devices, mobility aids, and hygiene kits to the local government unit of Victoria, Oriental Mindoro, as part of its continuing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program.
PCSO General Manager Melquiades Robles led the turnover ceremony held on May 13, 2026, at the PCSO Main Office in Mandaluyong City. The donation was received by Victoria Mayor Richard Inciong on behalf of the municipality.
The assistance is intended to support senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and other vulnerable residents of Victoria who need basic healthcare and mobility support.
The items turned over included 150 hygiene kits, 20 blood pressure apparatus, 20 nebulizers, 20 glucometers, 20 thermal scanners, 20 pulse oximeters, 20 weighing scales, five walkers, four wheelchairs, and three canes.
Mayor Inciong expressed his appreciation to PCSO, noting that the donated items would help the municipal government provide better assistance to residents in need, particularly those requiring regular health monitoring and mobility support.
Through its CSR Program, PCSO continues to extend assistance to communities across the country by providing programs and services that promote the health, safety, and well-being of more Filipinos.
