
MANDALUYONG CITY — Reaffirming its commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable Filipinos, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) turned over Charitimba food packs and mobility aids to the City Government of Dagupan, during a ceremonial turnover held on June 10, 2026, at the PCSO Main Office in Mandaluyong City.
PCSO General Manager Melquiades A. Robles formally handed over the assistance to Dagupan City Mayor Belen Fernandez, consisting of 100 Charitimba food packs; 50 wheelchairs, 20 walkers, and 20 canes to support the city’s social welfare and humanitarian activities.
Mayor Fernandez expressed her gratitude to PCSO and assured that the donated items will be distributed to the city’s most vulnerable sectors, particularly indigent families, senior citizens, and persons with disability (PWDs), to help improve their mobility, daily living, and overall well-being.
The donation forms part of PCSO’s Corporate Social Responsibility program, which provides timely and inclusive assistance to communities nationwide.
Through this initiative, PCSO continues to support local government units in delivering essential aid and improving the welfare and resilience of their constituents.
