4. Mr. Ramon Reyes, Undersecretary for Road Transport and Non-Infrastructure
5. Mr. Dioscoro Reyes, Assistant Secretary for Road Transport and Non-Infrastructure
6. Mr. Teodorico Jose. Delfin, Undersecretary for Planning and Project Development
7. Mr. Raul Del Rosario, Acting Director General and Acting Member of the Board of Directors of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP)
8. Mr. Villamor Ventura Plan, Assistant Secretary for Maritime
Paliwanag pa ni Dizon, ang pagtatalaga sa walong opisyal ay kasunod ng direktiba ng kalihim na courtesy resignation sa lahat ng matataas na opisyal ng ahensya.
Inaprubahan ni Pangulong Ferdinand Bongbong Marcos Jr. ang appointment ng mga ito nitong February 26 at 27.
Una nang binuo ni Dizon ang flagship project management office, isang Anti-Backlog Division na naglalayong mas mapabilis pa ang mga malalaking proyekto ng gobyerno na magpapabuti sa kalagayan ng mga komyuter sa bansa.
