Hindi na maghahain ang House Prosecution Team ng tugon o reply sa isinumiteng sagot ni Vice President Sara Duterte sa Senate Impeachment Court ukol sa kinakaharap nyang Articles of Impeachment.
Ayon kay House Lead Prosecutor at Batangas Rep. Gerville Luistro, ito ay dahil naniniwala sila na hindi naman sinagot ni VP Duterte ang mga alegasyon na nakapaloob sa articles of impeachment.
Sa halip ay sinabi ni Luistro na maghahain sila ng manifestation sa impeachment court.
binanggit ni Luistro na ito ay upang ipaliwanag ang kanilang posisyon na huwag ng magsumite ng “reply” sa “answer” ni VP Duterte.
