Binalaan ng Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Office of Consular Affairs ang publiko na sinuman na magsusumite ng mga falsified o tampered documents.
Ito’y para sa Apostille/Authentication kabilang ang mga authorization letter, special power of attorney (SPA), at appointment slips mula sa online appointment system na magreresulta sa forfeiture ng authentication application na ire-refer sa law enforcement agencies upang maimbestigahan.
Samantala, ipinapatupad din ng DFA ang zero-tolerance sa lahat ng uri ng pandaraya, kung saan ang mga may-ari ng dokumento at mga representative na mahuhuli na naghahain ng nakumpirma at na-verify na falsified o tampered na mga dokumento, authorization letter, SPA at appointment slip ay ilalagay sa Look-Out-List ng DFA at hindi na makakapag-file at mapoproseso para sa Authentication/Apostille.
