
Mandaluyong City, Philippines — A 65-year-old pensioner from Morong, Bataan, has claimed a jackpot prize of ₱115,358,791.87 after winning the Grand Lotto 6/55 draw on May 20, 2026, with the winning combination 41-08-45-27-09-10.
The winner personally visited the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) Main Office on Shaw Boulevard in Mandaluyong City on May 26, 2026, to claim his prize.
The pensioner shared that he had been playing the lottery for more than three decades, maintaining unwavering faith that his time would eventually come. He credited his win to persistence, trust, and divine timing. His winning ticket was generated using the Lucky Pick System 7.
He also expressed strong confidence in the integrity of PCSO lotto games, stating: “Walang daya ang lotto dahil very transparent ito dahil napapanood ito sa TV at social media kung paano ito binobola yan ang dahilan ng matagal kong pagsuporta sa palaro ng PCSO.”
When asked about his plans for the prize, the winner said he intends to share the money with his wife and children to help improve their quality of life. He added that the remaining amount will be securely deposited in the bank and invested to ensure long-term financial stability. He emphasized his commitment to managing the funds wisely and preserving them for his family’s future.
Meanwhile, PCSO General Manager Melquiades Robles encouraged the public to continue supporting the agency’s gaming products, including Lotto and Small-Town Lottery (STL). He emphasized that revenues generated from these games are used to fund various charity programs benefiting Filipinos in need.
The PCSO also reminds the public that jackpot prizes can only be claimed at its main office. Winners must present the original winning ticket along with two valid government-issued identification cards. In accordance with the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN) Law, a 20% tax is automatically deducted from prizes exceeding ₱10,000.
Under Republic Act 1169, lotto tickets are valid for one year from the date of the draw. Any unclaimed prizes after this period will be forfeited and added to the PCSO Charity Fund, which supports individuals and institutions in need of financial and medical assistance.
The Grand Lotto 6/55 draws are held every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday, and are broadcast live on IBC 13, D8TV Channel, and the PCSO Games Online Hub Facebook page.
