Nai-refer na sa House Committee on Rules ang Committee Report 261 ng House Committee on Justice na may kaakibat na resolution at Articles of Impeachment laban kay Vice President Sara Duterte.
Kabilang sa Articles of Impeachment ang:
1. mali o pag-abuso sa confidential funds
2. hindi maipaliwanag na yaman
3. Bribery, and graft and corruption partikular sa Department of Education na dating pinamunuan ni Duterte
4. pagbabanta sa buhay ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr., First Lady Liza Marcos at dating House Speaker Martin Romualdez.
Ayon kay House Committee on Justice Chairperson at Batangas Rep. Gerville Luistro, posibleng sa Lunes ay pagbotohan na sa plenaryo ang Committee report ukol sa impeachment.
Binanggit ni Luistro na bago ang bothan ay bibigyan ng kopya ng committee report, resolution at articles of impeachment ang lahat ng 318 miyembro ng House of Representatives para ito ay kanilang mapag-aralang mabuti.
