11 na abogadong kongresista ang bubuo sa prosecution team at pamumunuan ito ni House Justice committee chairperson Rep. Gerville Luistro.

Tiniyak ng mga lider ng Kamara na ang binuong prosecution team ay mahigpit na susunod sa itinatakda ng Konstitusyon sa pagsusulong ng impeachment case taglay ang propesyunalismo, integridad, at respeto sa due process.
