Nakapagtala na ang Commission on Elections ng 487,628 na mga bagong registered voters, ilang buwan bago ang Barangay at Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) elections sa December 5.
Higit kalahati sa bilang ng mga bagong botante ay edad 15 hanggang 17 na nasa 302,040.
Nasa 157,925 naman ang edad 18 hanggang 30 habang 27,663 ang 31 year-olds pataas.
Bukod sa mga nagparehistro, marami rin ang nagsumite ng iba’t ibang applications for transfer:
