Ipagpapatuloy ngayong umaga ang Day 11 ng impeachment trial ni Vice President Sara Duterte kung saan haharap ang testigo mula sa Commission on Audit (COA).
Ang paglilitis ngayong umaga ay patungkol sa Article 1 ng articles of impeachment o ang hindi tamang panggamit sa P612.5 Million confidential funds ng Office of the Vice President (OVP) at noong secretary pa ng Department of Education (DepEd) ang bise presidente.
Ngayong araw ay humarap si Roderick Wamil, ang dating State Auditor ng COA na testigo sa mga ginamit na pondo na sinasabing confidential funds.
Haharap din sa linggong ito sina Xylene Del Campo, present State Auditor ng COA-ICFAO at Marivic Pareja, Chief of Legislative Archives and Museum Management Service of the House of Representatives.
Nasa 16 na mga senador ang present sa umagang ito para sa pagpapatuloy ng paglilitis.
Sinabi ni Atty. Lorna Kapunan ng prosecution team na mayroon silang 15 kahon na naglalaman ng confidential funds at tutukuyin ni Wamil ang 50 exhibits ng confidential funds.
