Sumalang ngayong araw sa cross-examination ng defense team si COA-ICFAO State Auditor Xylene Del Campo patungkol pa rin sa Article 2 o ang hindi tamang paggamit ni Vice President Sara Duterte sa ₱612.5 million confidential funds ng Office of the Vice President at Department of Education.
Nasa 18 senator-judges ang present ngayong umaga sa paglilitis.
Sa pagsisimula ng trial, hiniling ni Atty. Lorna Kapunan kay Presiding Officer Chiz Escudero na payagan si Del Campo na humarap sa Clerk of Court para tukuyin at i-authenticate ang mga dokumento ng parehong prosecution at defense team.
Ang hiling ng prosekusyon ay para maiwasan ang mga technical objection sa pag-identify at pag-authenticate ng mga dokumento, partikular ang mga acknowledgment receipt ng mga tumanggap at nag-release ng confidential funds.
Samantala, sinimulan ni Atty. Kristine Ferrer ng defense team ang cross-examination kay Del Campo, kung saan tinatanong niya ngayon ang proseso ng paglipat ng files ng DepEd at OVP confidential funds mula sa dating COA-ICFAO State Auditor na si Roderick Wamil at ang evaluation process nito.
